Subprocessors

RecordSteward uses the third-party services listed below to provide and operate the Service. As described in our Terms of Use Section 11, each subprocessor that processes Customer Data is bound by written obligations designed to protect Customer Data in a manner no less protective in substance than our Terms of Use. This list is current as of the date below and may be updated as the Service evolves.

• Vercel

  Hosting and content delivery for the Service web application; Vercel Blob for document file storage.

• Neon

  PostgreSQL database hosting for application records, user accounts, and metadata.

• Clerk

  User authentication, session management, and identity verification.

• Resend

  Transactional email delivery (account notifications, invitations, system messages).

• Anthropic

  AI services for document tagging, summarization, and other AI-assisted features within the Service. Per Terms of Use Section 3.2, Customer Data is not used to train Anthropic's generalized AI models.

• Cloudflare

  DNS, traffic routing, and email routing (forwarding inbound mail to RecordSteward operational addresses).
